General Information

Come N Try days are your chance to come and give archery a go. Come N Try sessions are
run and supervised by our club Coaches. They will introduce you to all the safety rules and
equipment. After this introduction, controlled shooting will proceed at targets placed at
10m.

  1. Cost for the Come N Try session is $50 per person (NON-REFUNDABLE).
  2. Start time is 10:30am.
  3. Finish time is approximately 12:45pm. 
  4. It is important you arrive no later than 10:30am, to allow sufficient time for equipment fitting, without delaying the shoot.
  5. As space is limited, you MUST book online. Everyone who shows up without booking will not be admitted.
  6. Minimum age to participate is 10 years old.
  7. Anyone who is under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PERSONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Closed footwear must be worn. No open footwear such as sandals or thongs are allowed
under health and safety rules. Body piercings that may become entangled with the string or
other parts of the bow, must be removed or covered appropriately.
Appropriate clothing should be worn which is not too bulky or loose. We would therefore
suggest a T-shirt with no beads or dangling objects, as these may also get entangled with
the bowstring and possibly cause you injury.
Please bring a hat, bottle of water and bug repellent may also be useful.
